This will ensure you don’t end up paying out unnecessarily, as most solutions are relatively simple.If we cannot diagnose or fix the problem over the telephone, one of our technicians can visit you at home and fix the problem for you. This will cost £30 for the callout which includes up to 2 hours of the technicians time, or until we have solved the problem, whichever is the greater. We will outline any additional costs when making an appointment for the technician.

Custom PC Building
We offer a PC building service. For just £20 (Excluding harware costs), using our expert knowledge of PC hardware and what works best, we can provide you with a machine which caters for your exact needs.You can rest assured that you will not be ripped-off, or end up buying something you don't need, as we will supply components with no markup.
Additionally, we can usually get discounted brand name components from our suppliers. On some occasions these can be substantial compared to High Street Retailers.
